BluCreek
Blueberry Ale, another new product, is on tap at four Madison
bars and restaurants: Paul's Club, Wonders Pub, Fyfe's Corner
Bistro and Old Chicago, said Thomas Moffitt, a partner in HMS
World Supply of Madison, the startup company that developed
it.
The
brainchild of three entrepreneurs who met at the UW-Madison
School of Business, BluCreek Blueberry Ale is flavored with
juice from wild Maine blueberries. It is brewed by Pioneer
Brewing Co. in Black River Falls and distributed by General Beer
Distributors of Madison.
Bottles
should be available for carry-out within a month, Moffitt said.
