What are your shipping methods?

  1. Domestic Shipping (except to AK, HI, PR, USVI, Guam, U.S. Protectorates)
    We use either UPS Ground or the US Postal Service for most Domestic Standard Shipments.  In general, you will get your orders within 3-10 business days depend on your location.  Faster service via Priority Mail (2-3 days), UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air is available if you are desperate.  Email us at shipping@moovitz.com to request other shipping methods. Bulk orders/deliveries are available upon request, but please contact us directly.
  2. Domestic Exceptions Shipping
    Domestic Exceptions apply to AK, HI, PR, USVI, Guam, U.S. Protectorates. Since we can't ship to these area via regular Standard USPS or UPS, the best way (and the best rate) to ship to Domestic Exceptions order is via US Priority Mail. It will be delivered within 2-7 days, depend on your location. Please choose "Priority Mail (to AK, HI, PR, USVI, Guam, U.S. Protectorates)" when placing order. Of course we can always arrange for faster services via UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air if you are desperate, but please contact us first at shipping@moovitz.com  
  3. Shipping to Canada
    UPS Standard service is used for shipments to Canada.  Please choose "UPS Standard (to Canada)" when placing order.
  4. International Shipping
    International customers, please choose "International Standard Air" when placing order. Since every country has different law, each customer is responsible for any importation tariffs, local tax, duty, etc. 

    Note: We may have to use different alternative shippers when the regular carrier is not available for certain services. However, we will make sure that your order get shipped properly.

Do you ship to international addresses?

It is expensive to ship outside USA; however, since we don't want to let our international friends crave for caffeine too long, we have added shipping option for delivery to international addresses.  We use regular US Postal Air, so please let us know if you want to add insurance for your order.  For Canadian orders, choose UPS Standard (to Canada) when placing orders.  Please remember! Since every country has different law, each customer is responsible for any importation tariffs, local tax, duty, etc.  If you plan to buy big quantity, please contact us directly...  we are willing to ship big order to other countries if you pay by credit card and pay the actual shipping costs.
 

How much is the shipping?

We provide free Standard shipments (to Domestic US addresses only- except AK, HI, PR, USVI, Guam, U.S. Protectorates) for "Moovitz Combo" order. There is a nominal flat handling charge for any other orders.  Here is the breakdown for the shipping options and charges per ordering quantity:

How often do you deliver?

We usually ship within 24 hours after an order is received and cleared, if it is not a holiday, Saturday or Sunday.
 

What are your payment methods?

We accept Visa and MasterCard. Please ensure that your billing and shipping addresses are correct to avoid delays in order processing.
 

Is my personal information safe?

Our online shopping site is hosted by Microsoft bCentral. Microsoft bCentral is committed to protecting the privacy of your personal information on our Web sites. When sensitive personal information (such as a credit card number and other financial information) is transmitted over the Internet, it is protected through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol.  Moovitz team will not sell any data or customer information to any third parties. 
 

Why do I have to enable my browser to accept cookies?

Our online shopping system requires browser to be able to accept cookies in order to recognize your selection. Your selection will be stored in a shopping cart for final checkout. Our company does not use cookies for any purposes other than processing your order.

Please make sure your browser can accept cookies. One of the way is to make sure that the privacy level in your browser is not being set too high. Can I order offline and how do I pay?

Yes, you can. Please email us at sales@moovitz.com to request a Moovitz® Ordering Form. You can pay by credit card, check, money order, or cashiers check. Payment by personal check may delay shipment. 
 

How much caffeine is in Moovitz®?

Each individually wrapped Moovitz® candy contains the caffeine equivalent of about 1/6 small cup of coffee. A small bag of Moovitz® (six individually wrapped pieces) contains about as much caffeine as a small cup of coffee.

Where can I find more information about Moovitz®?

The best way is to visit the official Moovitz® site at www.moovitz.com. You can read the history and the stories of people behind the caffeine cult.
 

How can I be updated about Moovitz® News?

Good question!  There are several ways for that... You can sign up by clicking the link on customer service page or just by simply checking the box to be included in Moovitz mailing list if you could find our "hidden page" (ehmm!) on www.moovitz.com.  And if you're lucky, you can even get some free candies too.
 

What do I get when I join Moovitz® mailing list?

You will get to know some "intriguing" happenings in our caffeine land. We will send newsletter once a month to share our stories.
