What regulations do I need to know to order your beers?

Please understand that by submitting an order to the Company, you attest:
1. That you are at least 21 years of age.
2. This beer is purchased for personal consumption only, and is not intended for resale.
3. This beer is not being shipped into a "dry" county or municipality, nor is its importation prohibited by any local or state law.

Are there any delivery restrictions for ordering your beer?

Yes, unfortunately there are some restrictions for beer orders. We can only send beers to US addresses... however, due to the regulations, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, military addresses, or state of MA, MD, NC, GA, FL, IN, TN, KY. Also, we currently do not ship to AK, HI, PR, USVI, Guam, U.S. Protectorates since the shipping is very expensive.     [ back to top ]
 

What are your shipping methods?

  1. Domestic Shipping (except to AK, HI, PR, USVI, Guam, U.S. Protectorates)
    We use UPS ground for all beer orders.  For other orders, we use either UPS/Fedex Ground or the US Postal Service for most Domestic Standard Shipments.  In general, you will get your orders within 3-10 business days depend on your location.  Faster service via Priority Mail (2-3 days), UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air is also available.  Email us at shipping@blucreek.com  to request other shipping methods.
  2. Domestic Exceptions Shipping
    Please note: We do not ship beers to AK, HI, PR, USVI, Guam, U.S. Protectorates due to the high shipping costs. For other orders, Domestic Exceptions apply to AK, HI, PR, USVI, Guam, and U.S. Protectorates. Since we can't ship to these area via regular Standard USPS/UPS, the best way (and the best rate) to ship to Domestic Exceptions area is via US Priority Mail. Delivery time is usually within 2-7 days depend on your location. Please choose "Priority Mail (to AK, HI, PR, USVI, Guam, U.S. Protectorates)" when placing order. Of course we can always arrange for faster services via UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air if you are desperate, but please contact us first at shipping@blucreek.com
  3. Shipping to Canada
    Please note: We cannot ship beers to Canada. For other orders, UPS Standard service is used for shipments to Canada.  Please choose "Standard (to Canada)" when placing order.
  4. International Shipping
    Please note: We cannot ship beers to international addresses. For other orders, please choose "International Standard Air" when placing order. Since every country has different law, each customer is responsible for any importation tariffs, local tax, duty, etc.

Note: We may have to use different alternative shippers when the regular carrier is not available for certain services. However, we will make sure that your order get shipped properly.
 

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

We cannot send to P.O. Boxes for any 6pack orders since UPS Ground will not deliver. For any other orders, we will use US Postal Service as the Standard shipping to P.O. Boxes.     [ back to top ]
 

Do you ship to international addresses?

Yes, but please note that we cannot ship 6pack order to international addresses.  We ship other orders using regular US Postal Air (please choose "International Standard Air" when placing order). For Canadian orders, choose UPS Standard (to Canada) when placing orders. We can not be held responsible for any losses or damages in any international shipments, so please let us know if you want to add insurance to your order. Please remember! Since every country has different law, each customer is responsible for any importation tariffs, local tax, duty, etc.  If you plan to buy big quantity, please contact us directly.     [ back to top ]
 

How much is the shipping and handling charge?

Generally, we recommend to choose "Standard" shipping for Domestic US addresses only- except to AK, HI, PR, USVI, Guam, U.S. Protectorates, please choose "US Priority Mail to Domestic Exceptions" as specified. For international orders, please choose "Standard (to Canada)" for Canadian addresses, and choose "International Standard Air" for other countries. Shipping & handling charge is added per item as stated on the table below. Here is the breakdown for the shipping options and charges per ordering quantity:

How often do you deliver?

We usually ship within 48 hours after an order is received and cleared, if it is not a holiday, Saturday or Sunday.     [ back to top ]
 

What does "backordered" mean?

When any of our products are currently out of stock, we will indicate it as "backordered" status in its product detail. Backordered items mean they are not currently available in our shipping warehouse for temporary period of time until we get the new batch. You still can place an order for it as we will reserve it for you and ship as it becomes available.     [ back to top ]
 

What if my order includes backordered items?

Some of our products might be in "backordered" status. If you order includes items that are not currently available, we will reserve them for you when they become available. As our standard policy, we will ship all other items you ordered that are available in stock, and ship the backordered items separately later as are available.     [ back to top ]
 

What are your payment methods?

We accept Visa and MasterCard. Please ensure that your billing and shipping addresses are correct to avoid delays in order processing.     [ back to top ]
 

Is your online ordering system secure?

Our online shopping site is hosted by Microsoft bCentral. Microsoft bCentral is committed to protecting the privacy of your personal information on our Web sites. Can I order offline and how do I pay?

How much is the alcohol content in your blueberry ale?

Our blueberry ale has 4.0% (by volume) alcohol content. We make it that way so it is easy to drink anytime of the year.     [ back to top ]
 

Why does your blueberry ale cost more than other beers?

This is because we use so much more value-added ingredients in our beer. We use real wild Maine blueberries in every batch, not only the juice but also the meat of the blueberry itself which make the beer taste different than other beers.     [ back to top ]
