What regulations do I need to know to order your beers?

Please understand that by submitting an order to the Company, you attest:
1. That you are at least 21 years of age.
2. This beer is purchased for personal consumption only, and is not intended for resale.
3. This beer is not being shipped into a "dry" county or municipality, nor is its importation prohibited by any local or state law.

Are there any delivery restrictions for ordering your beer?

Yes, unfortunately there are some restrictions for beer orders. We can only send beers to US domestic addresses... however, due to the regulations, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, military addresses, or state of MA, MD, NC, GA, FL, IN, TN, KY.  Also, we currently do not ship to AK, HI, PR, USVI, Guam, U.S. Protectorates since the shipping cost is very expensive.     [ back to top ]
 

What are your shipping methods?

  1. Domestic Shipping (except to AK, HI, PR, USVI, Guam, U.S. Protectorates)
    We use UPS ground for all beer orders.  For other orders, we use either Fedex Ground, UPS Ground or the US Postal Service for most Domestic Standard Shipments.  In general, you will get your orders within 3-10 business days depend on your location.  
  2. Domestic Expedite Shipping
    If you need to expedite shipment on your order, we offer faster service via Priority Mail (2-3 days), Fedex 2nd Day Air, and Fedex Next Day Air.  Email us at support@blucreek.com to request other shipping methods.
  3. International Shipping
    We do not ship to international addresses.

Note: We may have to use different alternative shippers when the regular carrier is not available for certain services. However, we will make sure that your order get shipped properly.
 

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

We cannot send to P.O. Boxes for any beer orders since UPS or Fedex Ground will not deliver. For any other items, we will use US Postal Service as the Standard shipping to P.O. Boxes.     [ back to top ]
 

Do you ship to international addresses?

How much is the shipping and handling charge?

Generally, we ALWAYS recommend "Standard" shipping for Domestic US addresses. In case you are desperate and really want to get your order very quick, we will gladly ship them out via 2 days or next day freight. Beware though that the shipping charge is very expensive and Fedex or UPS usually counts business days (not including weekends).

How often do you deliver?

We usually ship within 48 hours after an order is received and cleared, if it is not a holiday, Saturday or Sunday.     [ back to top ]
 

What does "backordered" mean?

When any of our products are currently out of stock, we will indicate it as "backordered" status in its product detail. Backordered items mean they are not currently available in our shipping warehouse for temporary period of time until we get the new batch. You still can place an order for it as we will reserve it for you and ship as it becomes available.     [ back to top ]
 

What if my order includes backordered items?

Some of our products might be in "backordered" status. If you order includes items that are not currently available, we will reserve them for you when they become available. As our standard policy, we will ship all other items you ordered that are available in stock, and ship the backordered items separately later as are available.     [ back to top ]
 

What are your payment methods?

You can pay your order with PayPal account or major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover). Please ensure that your billing and shipping addresses are correct to avoid delays in order processing. Your credit card statement will show "HMS BLUCRK" from the transaction.     [ back to top ]
 

Is your online ordering system secure?

We process all orders through PayPal secure ordering system. PayPal is committed to protecting the privacy of your personal information. We do not store or collect any information through our website. When sensitive personal information (such as a credit card number and other financial information) is transmitted over the Internet, it is protected through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol to protect your information, so you can always feel safe placing an order through our online store.     [ back to top ]

Why do I have to enable my browser to accept cookies?

Sometime our online shopping system requires some browsers to be able to accept cookies in order to recognize your selection. Your selection will be stored in a shopping cart for final checkout. There is a possibility that your browser is currently set as not to accept cookies. Our online shopping system requires browser to be able to accept cookies in order to recognize your selection. How to set my browser to recognize my selection?

Please make sure your browser can accept cookies. One of the way is to make sure that the privacy level in your browser is not being set too high. Can I order offline and how do I pay?

How much is the alcohol content in your blueberry ale?

On average, most of our beers contain 4.0% (Alcohol By Volume).  Our IPA has about 5.0% ABV. We make it that way so it is easy to drink anytime of the year.     [ back to top ]
 

Why does your beers cost more than other beers in the market?

This is because we use so much more value-added ingredients in our beers. We use real wild Maine blueberries in our (wild) blueberry ale, not only the juice but also the meat of the blueberry itself which make the beer taste different than other beers.  We use real green tea to brew our Zen IPA, and real herbal stuffs in our Herbal Ale.     [ back to top ]
